Children’s discounts
For children staying in their parents’ double room, the following discounts apply:

  • 0 to 2 years: 90% discount
  • 3 to 6 years: 50% discount
  • 7 to 10 years: 30% discount
  • 11 to 13 years: 20% discount
  • From 14 years: 10% discount

Booking and deposit
To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the stay’s price, payable within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
Payment on site can be made in cash, by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation between 29 and 8 days before arrival: the deposit is retained
  • Cancellation from 7 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 90% of the total stay amount.

To avoid unwelcome costs in the event of a cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday information

Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. If you’re arriving only after 7:00 pm, please let us know briefly.

Pets
Your dog is warmly welcome with us on request – the surcharge for this is €15.00 per night (not including food). Your dog’s welcome to join you at breakfast and in the evening at the restaurant too. Just let us know briefly, so we can assign you a suitable table.

Smoking
You’re welcome to smoke in front of the house or on your balcony.

Fresh and regional, to start your day

Whether it’s before a hike or simply for a relaxed morning: here your day starts with a regional breakfast buffet – varied, fresh, and served in a cosy atmosphere. From regional cold cuts, cheese and fresh cheese, to fresh vegetables, yoghurt, muesli and seeds, right through to croissants, bread rolls, scrambled eggs and sausages, there’s something for every taste. Alongside that, there’s home-made cake, honeycomb honey and jams from local producers. We’ll serve coffee, cappuccino, tea or hot chocolate at your table, while a variety of fruit juices (ACE, pineapple, orange) are ready for you at the buffet.
